Now Hiring - Assistant General Manager (Fitness Sales) in Buffalo, NY

You will be in charge of the following :

Coaching and Developing new talent:

- Onboard and train membership counselors that hit sales metrics and personal / Club goals.

- Organization skills, delegating tasks, and being the mayor of your club! (This is the fitness industry, high energy goes a long way)

- Sales (Meeting and exceeding our sales goal)
- Marketing (Creating brand awareness in our community)
- Taking guests on tours of our state of the art facilities
- Making outbound calls to potential members
- Answering calls and questions to current members / servicing accounts
You must have:
- Sales experience
- Fitness experience
- Workout knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Competitive attitude
- High energy
- The ability to influence different dynamics in the workplace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
